I'm not sure if she is meant to be Little Red Riding Hood, or if she is just a doll in a red cape. Either way, I think she is pretty cool. Her clothes are in pretty average shape - as you can see, something has nibbled a few holes in her dress (I just think that adds to her charm, anyway).
She is a novelty doll from around 1940's into 50's . They were sold by many companies and dressed in many different clothes and or characters,they were also used as give aways for promotions . Plastic Molded arts made many of these dolls and they are also called Dutchess dolls. Cute and enjoy her as her value is in your enjoyment not much in monetary value .
