    I have this Vintage Child's Clown in a box lamp, The base & the entire clown are made of wood, and I have the original lamp shade that
    came with it.
    On the bottom there is a sticker that states:
    Underwriters Laboratories Inc.
    Inspected Portable Lamp
    Issue # 35, 602
    Nursery Plastic Inc.
    137 E. 25th St. N.Y. C.

    It seems to me that this is pretty old but, it is in great shape &
    I was wondering if anyone has any idea how old it is? Also, the approx.
    value of it. Thank-You to all the collector's out there. If anyone could help me out, or point me in the right direction to find out more about this I'd be very grateful. Happy Holidays !!

      Nursery Plastics made several of those lamps in the 1950's. I have one, but it is a Wee Willie Winkie Lamp. Yours is in great condition. It is a nice lamp
