Vontrike

My wife's Grandad Harry passed away a few years back. This Defender was owned by him, and was used to kill hogs on the farm. Before him, it was his fathers gun. I was able to buy it off her uncle right before Christmas. I knew that it would be of great sentimental value to her. I made sure that it was the last present she opened. Her beautiful brown eyes teared up with happy memories of her Pap. The gun is common, and of no real value, but it was more important to her than anything else that I could have gotten her.

Very nice gift to the Wife, Vontrike. And it does have great value. To your Wife it is pricelesss. I have a 22 Pistol that my Father gave me about 3 years ago that his Father gave him in 1960. I need to research it to find the date of manufacture. Just wondering about the name, Vontrike. Does the Trike part have anything to do with a 3 Wheeler? Since I ride a VW Trike that I built, it caught my attention.
Thanks kerry10456, mustangtony, musikhoo, AR8jason, TRIKER, and blunderbuss2. Vontrike is a three wheeled bicycle I own that is metal flaked, and pin striped in VonDutch style and sporting 25 inch ape hangers. Plus I do have love for VW's and anything built out of them. A trike is on my wish list.
Thanks pw-collector and BELLIN68.
