My father-in-law inherited this from his mother. Apparently she worked with a man who did estate sales and she ended up with this item. Just trying to find out more information about this stuff and also to find out if it has any significant value. Thanks for any information!

CP was probably Canadian Pacific railroad. These were probably used in the dining car of the passenger trains. value? Unknown It does say stainless in the picture, so probably pretty recent, as most of the valuable are silver.
