    He everyone,
    I am pretty sure this is either a sugar or oyster spoon? the Hallmark has the sterling sign of a lion, Anchor and then the third symbol has me stumped, Looks like the date? It is so Pretty.. Any help in the right direction would be helpful.. Jeff

      Ya it looks like it says pat 78 so probably from 1778 or 1878 maybe but ya im not sure of the anchor, maybe british im just guessing im not pro with spoons lol
