These are current U.S. Silver Eagle bullion coins minted starting in 1986 and still currently being minted. These are not released into circulation and are 1 ounce of .9993 silver (almost pure) - These are currently valued by their total mintage and of course the silver price. There are also Proof issues in addition to Mint condition issues. The Proof Issues have less mintage and are therefore valued higher. The highest valued Silver Eagle in this series is currently the 1995 W (mintmark West Point) in Proof condition only had a total mintage of 30,125 and is valued at $3500. - Your 1994 above is mint or UNC (uncirculated) condition (mintage 4,227,319) and is book valued at $29 - Silver price on todays market closed at $29.98 an ounce.
