Founded in 1862, this famous French company was responsible for the
installation of Fresnel lenses, lighthouses, iron towers, and lighthouse vessels all over the world. This brass plate is from 1934 and was possibly attached to a lense. It has a serial number and I really wish there was a way a find out exactly where this piece originated. Either way, I think it's a pretty cool piece of history :)
