Presumably this measuring cup was made by Moser. The enameled crest reads Karlsbad which I understand was a Bohemian resort town. I was told that this cup would have been used to measure bath salts. I would love additional information. Thanks for taking a look!

It is still a resort town. a very nice one. known for their hot springs. They have spigots all over the place. does the base say anything?
This piece is unsigned. I would make note is my descriptions if there were any markings or sinature. The bottom is smooth and highly polished
even with no markings base pics are worth a lot in telling who might or might not have done something.
