I have this beautiful thimble in my collection. I can´t find out from what year it is. I would love to get some information here if possible :)
This thimble is rather heavy. It is marked Warszawa (Warsaw) the capital city of Poland. The picture of the mermaid is the city´s code of arms. They started using this code of arms in 1938 until 1945. After the 2nd World War it was banned by the new government in Poland. In 1990 they started using it again.
I´m not sure what metal this is, probably brass :)

Made by Polish company called IKA, it is most likely out of business and it is not found online. I got these information through souvenir seller in Poland. This thimble is probably from 1990s.
