As my first posting of the new year, I present to you all the 1955 Superman wristwatch, with the original "lighting bolt" hands. These are made under the Bradley name and are one of those 1950's pieces that are made while Bradley and Ingraham were together. The Superman watches were made by New Haven before this one. Thanks for looking and hope you enjoy seeing one of these.

A very happy New Year to you Kerry! I also have this watch and the movement is signed E Ingraham '51'! Hy Brown's book need updating as he says this watch is by New Haven.

@ George, never did notice, will have to look. These do have the E. Ingraham movement, Model "L", The "51" would be a date code for 1951 movement, but that doesn't mean yours doesn't have the correct movement, might have come off the shelf of old stock.Domes yours have the blue with shield strap?
I have the original blue Superman strap but sadly, both ends where the pins goes in have disintergrated due to old age and cannot be attached to the watch!
I have one also, but the blue has separtated and the western style buckle is ripped off, this one has a "Space Patrol" strap, looks okay, but not right, lol
