This '55 Thunderbird has not been restored but well maintained. We've had it about 7 years. We did do a repaint in the original '1955 Thunderbird Blue' and the correct matching upholstery has been replaced on the seats.
Has the original 292 V8 and a 3 speed on the floor w/ overdrive.
Only real changes to the original are a new, better functioning, radiator and cooling system and upgraded from 6 volts to 12 volts electrical.
It's an absolute joy to drive and sounds incredible as you run it through the gears.
This past Fall it was used on stage in a local presentation of the play "Grease" and was the hit of the show.
