Kuwana is a smallish city outside of Nagoya in central Japan. Many people have lived in the neighborhoods for generations. If you'd like to return the contents of the letters to the pen pal, as you indicated elsewhere on the site, I'd suggest just writing a simple letter addressed to this address saying that you have some old letter written by the young Sachiko. If you get a response, then send them the contents. I'd suggest addressing the letter to the Kimura family. In the case that young Sachiko had no brothers, when she married it's highly possible that her husband would have taken her family name. Or, she may have a brother living at this address still. Anyway, good luck and you may just find her!
