Hello again all,
I don't do much ebay buying these days, but I used to when it was much smaller and much less corporate. I bought this gem about four or five years ago off of a seller in Georgia.
It is a bill of sale from the Office of John C. Conner dated April 4th 1886. His lumber company was in Clearfield County, Pennsylvania.
Why is it a gem? John Chapman Conner is my 4th Great Grandfather and the William Conner whose signature is on it is my 3rd Great Uncle, brother of my third Great Grandmother.
Never know what you will find if you keep your eyes open...
Thanks for looking,
e1
