This is a Santa Claus PEZ dispenser. Don't know where or when I got it but it was in my "smalls" box. It has the U.S. patent number 4.966.305 and Made in Yugoslavia molded in the plastic under the Z on the left side which is the 1990 patent number and a number 5 molded at the top on the right side which is the injection mold number identifier for Yugoslavia/Slovenia.
