I have a Vintage copy of "The Declaration of Independence" with all signatures on it. The Paper is very old, but the piece is in "Good" Shape.
There is a stamped authentic trade mark on the bottom left corner
which states:
Allied Printing Compan
Trades Council Union Label
rogersville
The R & G are a little messed up, when I looked up the company,
I found out that, this was done on purpose so it would be more difficult
to produce a copy that looked original. I can not find out much more about this. I would really like to know approximately what year this was made? Is this an original piece? The approximate value on something like this?, or just any other info I can find out about this. I hope there's away that you can enlarge the photo's to see the real quality of them. I surely enjoy owing this piece.
Any and ALL Information Would Be Greatly Appreciated. I absolutely (Love) Vintage, Old , Antiques, but, documents are not my passion. Please, If you are knowledgeable in this kid of item, I would greatly appreciate as much information that you know about this, or possibly direct me to some other sites to find information on this !!
Thank-You So Much !!
