Distributed by the Santa Fe Railway system. It is a magazine with a large variety of information including recipes, tax information, weather, fix-it articles, horoscopes, and of course it is still heavily saturated with railroad information. I have seen earlier versions of this but I cant seem to find a history of it. Are these valuable?

Probably not very valuable. Seems the market for paper items is very light. There were probably given to customers for a New Year's gift.
