Just now saw Kindy's post on sewing items -- and passion for the tape measures -- so thought i would share a few of my favs -- pic 1 and pic 2 are mostly those carved from ox bone -- pic 3 is the antique sterling silver and brass measures -- the brass swan is from england mid 1800s the second is sterling silver from denmark and the last is another sterling silver -- probably late 1800s to early 1900s
