Not sure when these were first issued, They're from the late 80's early 90's but I know of three styles of the "Disney Channel" watches and this being the first style.
The Disney Channel was first launched in April 1983 and has since been on the air.
This particular piece is the same as the day of issue and has only been removed from the original box only for the photos. Is supports a Quartz movement with the Disney Logo and Mickey on the dial. Thanks for looking and hope you enjoyed seeing this, If you know the issue date, I would appreciate knowing it also.

wikipedia describes that Disney Channel logo as being used from 1997-2002. - Is it possible that watch is a little later than the early 90's as you think?

If there was any instructions or warranty card in the box, sometimes there is a print date on there which gives further clues.

Kerry, nice piece. Have you taken the battery out? They can leak from long term storage and damage the movement.
