Two very different kinds of opera glasses. The larger are made with mother of pearl and the smaller ones are enameled and made with ivory or bone, I'm not sure which.

I love opera glasses! i have 3 pair (only one vintage or semi vintage) None of mine have the flip out handle though. I especially love the smaller set with the handle. FABULOUS Find!
