Thanks miKKo, mustangtony and Bell...
Thanks epson233, Flanker, Hunter and muffin.
Originally matchbox was Lesney, and English company -- only passengers could drive in England at the time because of the war and all...
LMAO, love the cars, but the comment about the passenger with the war and all, just stuck me fun :-)
Thanks kerry10456 -- I am glad you picked up my dry humor -- eye4beauty always brings out the best in me...
Yes this is the ultimate curb cruising car -- but just fyi -- telephones were not invented in the 1700's -- thus the frustration for many collectors of those early editions.... of whose company I no longer seek...
There are some things that need to remain a mystery...
Wow -- what an oversight. Thank you eye4beauty for the love, and your zealous regard for detail. (I got distracted by kerry1046 comment and missed a thank you in there) I threw "muffin" in the mix before you joined in just to see if anyone actually would notice -- congrats on the pick up, you are on your game indeed.
Okay eye -- I am sorry to say that at the time "muffin" was the thing I was eating at the time of the comment, and I felt thankful for it so I threw it in on a whim-- your click by fluke just happened to fall after that. You can read what you will into it, but for the record I did not, nor would I refer to you as "muffin" and I deeply regret the possible inference made by your sherlockian deductions.
LMAO -- man, the smiles just keep coming -- you are the best eye4beauty -- if there should be a name change it should be "penchant4humor''.
