I found this at the dump, it was with other war Stuff but at first glas it looks just like a old toy,if it was found on its own. But when you give it a Minute. It's hand made not sure what its made of. It's hand painted. With a R.A.F Badge on the back. With a loop. It maybe some kind of Mascot, but I'm not sure.
