Lisa-light…
(10 items)
The first shade is cream, lined in white with a black coil. The coil stands proud of the cream surface and ends at the fitter. Any ideas?
The second shade is amber crackle in a Geodesic domeish shape.
Thank you.
Sincerely,
Lisa

visit collectorsweekly member meggadora -- kevin left the following message in regards to a vase that looks similar in style to your shade
Hi, found it! From Iceland is maggadora? Glass is from Murano. Very good piece. I was put off by the "how much is it worth"? It looks like a 'losanghe', 'murrhine' or 'pezzato'. That is quite different from the Ruckl. It is more constructed. The Ruckl pieces are more haphazard, I think. The coral red colour is very nice.
was referring to the amber shade on the above comment
Love that threaded shade, very cool!
Me toooo!...:-)
You have a Murano :)...priceless! Followed Epson....
thanks rhonda for confirming -- i thought it was a murano also -- kevin (vetraio) is such a super sleuth -- have a great weekend rhonda -- you also lisa-light
Love the shades - Love your dog!!
Thank you very much Epson, Rhonda, Inky and Just a novice.
Just a novice, his name was William and he was the most loving, bright attentive beautiful dog ever. But I may be a tiny bit biased. ;o) He was my baby boy.
A strange combination of passions one might say. Art glass shades and Giant dogs but it works. I just shut myself in when I have the shades out of the cases. ;o) I hope you have a wonderful weekend too Epson.
your most welcome lisa -- big squeeze for william please!!!!!
Love the coil, something I have never seen before !~
Thank you PhilDavidAlexanderMorris. I haven't either so it was a good day that it followed me home. ;o) As much as I love to be able to discover attribution for some of my shades, I love the mysteries too. Thank goodness since I have more mysteries than shades to which I can attribute a maker. I must add some more images to the site and take part more again. It has been a rather hectic time around here lately. Soon though I will be able to dedicate more time. I love it so.
Sincerely,
Lisa
