All I know is that this is an original etching and is signed by A P Lent. The backing is wooden. Any information would be appreciated. Now if I can send this right side up maybe someone can actually see it.

Hi, I can't see the signature very well, but I think that this might well be by Louis P. Lent. There's a bit on him online - link below. Note that he appears in the following excellent reference work: Peter Hastings
Falk (Editor) "Who Was Who in American Art, 1564-1975" in 3 Volumes, 3724 pages, 1999. It's an expensive set, and so you should search for it in a good, larger library. Lent had to be good to make it into Falk's work! Beautiful work!! : )
