Jodphur is one of those patterns identified with Fritz heckert rather strongly. Harrach made glass for them, decorated for them and even signed the glass for Heckert on occasion. Apparently they also sold some of the designs as their own on occasion as well..

Love that shot of the Harrach mark and the detail of the engraving!
Thanks GSO!
great piece for your collection
wow what a beautiful vase :)
Your collections are just fantastic! Your cats must be very well behaved!!
We like to say the cats have a mega bean.. They definitely have zoom zoom juice.. but my collections aren't as interesting to them as chasing each other. As long as I keep the glass out of known high speed chase paths all is well.
It's one of the reasons to always have more than one cat. If you have one cat they get lonely, bored and depressed and do things to try and get your attention. (like getting on a shelf and systematically knocking every single thing off it one by one, ) if you have two or more cats they do their own thing.
