Found these two books doing some of my Saturday rummaging a few months back. They were written by Ellis A Davis and Edwin H Grobe and published by Texas Development Bureau in 1922 according to the University of Texas Rare Books office (there is no copyright date in the books so I Googled them). The books are fascinating to thumb through on a rainy day.
Volume I is in good condition, while Volume II shows some wear. Both volumes are 8.5"X11". The Texas State Capital in Austin is pictured on the covers of both and the state flower the BlueBonnet appears on the front cover and the binding.
