NO, I HAVE NO IDEA WHO MADE THEM, AND YES, I WANT THEM ALL PLACED IN MY OWN FUNERARY PYRAMID.
1. I DO NOT REALLY RECALL WHERE I GOT IT; I THINK IT WAS THE FLEA MARKET. WE LIVED IN THE BOONDOCKS AT THE TIME, SO WE TOOK IT WITH US WHEN WE MOVED TO MANHATTAN . . . AND THAT VERY DAY THE BOTTOM BROKE. i NEVER QUITE LIKED IT, SINCE IT WAS QUITE SMALLER THAN THE TOP AND IT DID NOT LOOK GOOD. SO . . . ONE ENCHANTED MORNING I FOUND THE BOTTOM PART AT THE FLEA MARKET!
2. I HAVE A FRIEND WHO AT TIMES ACTS LIKE A SUGAR DADDY. WE DROVE OUT TO THE ATLANTIC CITY SHOW (A MEGAMOSTER) AND I SAW THIS CEILING LAMP, THE KIND YOU PULL DOWN TO CHANGE THE BULB, AND IMMEDIATELY GOT INTO MY-LITTLE-KID-TANTRUM MODE., SINCE I ALREADY HAD THE BANQUET LAMP, AND HE FELL FOR IT! SO, IT WAS A PRESENT . . . .
3. WE ARE EXPLORING THE CREVASSES ON ATLANTIC AVENUE, BROOKLYN. MY PARTNER SEES A SILK CORD COMING OUT OF A LARGE BOX FULL OF WOMEN'S PANTALOONS. WE EMPTIED THE BOX, AND THE LAMP APPEARED. WE GOT IT, AND I STARTED TO LOOK AT OLD PICTURES. I SOON REALIZED IT TOOK A FRINGE. SO I WENT OUT, BOUGHT THE VELVET RIBBON AND ATTACHED A SUITABLE FRINGE.
4. SUNDAY AFTERNOON IN THE VILLAGE. A STORE WILL CLOSE FOREVER AT 5.00 PM. WE SPOT THE SHADE ON ANOTHER BASE. I ASK MY PARTNER TO RUN TO THE BANK AND SIT ON THE CURB TO WAIT. HE ARRIVES JUST AS THE STORE IS CLOSING. ABOUT A YEAR LATER, I FIND THE FULPER GUNMETAL BASE THAT IT HAS NOW.
I HAVE NOT BOTHERED WITH PROVENANCE, BUT IDEAS ARE WELCOME.

THERE IS ANOTHER BANQUET LAMP. THE ONE PICTURED HAS A B&H OIL TANK. I ALWAYS THOUGHT THEY MIGHT BE CONSOLIDATED.

I don't know who did it, but a kind soul has sent me proof that at least my Lionhead shade is definitely Consolidated, and it was advertised with its corresponding base as Wrigley's.

The bottom part of my Lionhead has been identified as Pittsburgh's sunken Hollyhock. By the way, it was a relative of Welz, from the Kopp family, who migrated to the USA, worked for Fostoria, then opened Pittsburgh and Consolidated!
