      Sure this is a Pachislo Slot Machine from Japan. They are sold on the secondary market. They can bring 100.00 to 150..0 at ebay auction. They were used in Casinos in Japan and the Goverment requires them to be replaced after a period od use. They are sent over in massive numbers to USa and resold. They are fun, I have 10 of them myself. Dave
