My parents were heavily involved in politics in their then home state of Wisconsin in the late 1970s and early 1980s. They worked closely with State Congressman Alvin Baldus. For their tenth anniversary they were planning a trip to Washington D.C. My father contacted Congressman Baldus to see if he could help out with arrangements for some site seeing. As you can read, he went above and beyond what my father asked for.
