Can any of you tell me something about this watch? It says "Illinois Special" on the face. Inside it says 21 Jewels, "Expressly made for J.H. Ehrlich by Illinois Watch Co." "Adjusted 3 positions." Serial number: 3916160. I really don't know anything about it, how old it is, or what it's made of. Any information would be much appreciated!

MRenick,
We need the serial number off of the watch movement in order to give you any information on the watch. Open up the back so you can see the works and get the number off the movement. Also post a clear photo of the movement. The number on the watch case cannot identify the watch.

Good point! Ok, inside it says 21 Jewels, "Expressly made for J.H. Ehrlich by Illinois Watch Co." "Adjusted 3 positions." Serial number: 3916160
MRenick,
To add to what AR8Jason told you, your watch was made in a run of watches beginning with serial number 3916151 and ending in number 3916200. It is a 16 size, pendant set, grade 306, model 6 movement.
