Approx 8" tall with a broken pontil but looks like it is sitting on a clear base which I have not captured here, but will add if requested. Has a rib which can be felt more on the outside at the top rather than the bottom of the vase. It has lots of black gritty flecks in the glass with a milky green colour
between the ribbing. Any pointers would be appreciated, many thanks!!

Most likely artist made in small glass shop. The pattern comes from rolling the hot glass in powdered glass (which is easily contaminated i.e.black flecks) next it's dipped into a ribbed mold then reheated to smooth out ribs giving the stripped effect. Probably cased once more with hot glass before blowing is completed.
