We have an album and many diaries saved by this Captain's wife. She was on his clipper ship for years 1880-1890s, 1 album had these photos and others taken in Hong Kong and Australia with her and her husband, others of Mates on the ship.
Now these 2 of the child look like same boy the one on right from Melbourne in Victor John Lewis. I was reading her diaries and saw the name of Capt Lewis. The left pic was from Boston , which the ship and both Capt and wife were from.
