I found this item in my parents barn.Ttey haved lived there 40+ years and did not know it was there.Its voltmeter direct reading at the top.I also think it is pre 1909 because it is a Westinghouse product,not White-Westinghouse.2 oldtimers said they thought it was one of the first Electric meters for a house,but they werent sure because this was the first one they had seen in over 70 years.No electricians or shops here in Northwest Ohio could identify either.I have spent about 10 hrs. on the internet looking for this item.No luck,so hopefully someone out there can identify this.Thanks
