I did not know how to name it so I went with skeleton because it looks kind of bony :D I do not know who made it but he or she is very skillful. I have not seen this kind of decor so it's really hard to suggest even region where it came from.

That's what I thought when I saw it, Murano, but then there is Orrefors Graal, and who knows what else, that's why I did not assume it's Murano.
Ill add the pic of base a bit later, it has a large polished pontil mark.
Did not thought of Seguso, but I'm no expert so it's definitely a possibility for now, initially I thought maybe Barovier, but that was a wishful thinking :D I wrote to them they said not them.
oh I wanted to add the net is ribbed from the inside... how that is done? is it possible they made a net and then cased it clear?

A lovely vase/bowl! I don,t think it's a graal? I believe it is a pattern that rolled into the glass when it's warm. Then you put on another layer of clear glass and blown up, finally formed out on the pontil. Picture in post 38 here is like that:

They lay out strings of glass in a pattern on the well plate. Glass item is then rolled over the pattern and the surface smoothed out carefully before next glass layer. In the background picture you see masterblower Leif Persson at Studioglass Strombergshyttan (nowdays in corporation with Bergdala) rolling in the pattern on the well plate.
The glass looks like swedish design? In my eyes maybe Orrefors and a piece that has gone little skewed, hav I right? In that case therefore maybe not signed, and instead sold as second grade glass? Sometimes the glass workers even took home "wrong" glass pieces like this to themselves, it was not even sold as second grade glass. But this is still very beautiful, even if it's skewed, and therfore I think it's sold on the open merket.

Hi Rebessin! It's not skewed if You mean by it that overlaid part, one part is on the back wall and other on frond, I took another pic so it looks less skewed. The horizontal bars are one single line spiraling from base to top and vertical 8 meet on bottom.
I think it's glass strings layed out in a special pattern on the well plate. The glass "post" (it's called so in swedish, don't know the name in english) then pressed with the top first, down to the middle of the pattern, and then rolls it down over the sides of the glass post on the well plate, probably with help by warming in. I think I found out what this is... I recently saw the same decor on a vase on ebay with fake barovier & toso signature, http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/350752427864?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649 and then started to reserch b&t signatures and found out a suggestion that there are fakers who put them on some polish vases from some online catalogue so I went there and found this http://www.crateandbarrel.com/degree-vase/s312924 it does not look like mine, but the one I gave link to previously definetley looks like something in between. So be informed, I still am satisfied with it as it is quality item and I did not pay for it b&t price, but considering it is not Murano or even Scandinavian glass it took a serious dip in perceived value. I still did not find what glass plant actually made it so it's still a mystery.
beautifull piece and about murano i can tell you it is an island where a lot of techniques are discovered and later shared copied or stolen you shouldnt worry too much because your piece is very beautifull,and i have seen the family collection of the barovier and toso family in the attick of their house on murano,and it is beautifull but you see a lot of techniques that became shared throug the years and in the earlier days their pieces were not signed and therefor even for them it is hard to tell if a piece was theirs. only specialists who recognized certain colour tones could tell,and i have enjoyed your piece thanks for that and the name someone puts on it is in my opinion nice but less important.
