This large unusual colored Art Glass Vase is signed D M MAYCOCK 84. It is mainly decorated /created with Yellow and Golden Yellow opalescent glass with the occasional puffs of smokey grey and brownish clouds. It has an outer layer of clear glass that is thicker at the tiny 1 3/4" base. There are bubbles here and there mostly in the yellow layer. The base is mostly flat except for a partly polished pontil area. It measures 8" tall by approximately 8" across at the widest. I tried looking up in different sources for the artist but I have been unable to find any Glassmaker by that name. Anyone recognize the technique or the Artist's name? Thanks for any assistance you may give, RER (LOUMANAL)
