I love this little box. I found it at an estate sale in Statesboro GA, but the gentleman was former military so it could be from anywhere. I don't think it's an advertising sign, I think it would have said "Leaving xxx ENTERING xxx" based on the few discernible letters. It's about 6 x 12 inches. The thought going through my head when I bought it was "Wow Mike and Frank would love this!!" Anybody seen a box like this before or have an idea how old it is?

Thanks for the love, mustang tony :)
Thanks for all the loves, ya'll. :)
Mike and Frank would love this - you are right!. This is the coolest upcycled item I've seen in a long time. I love old wood containers - and tool boxes of course. Great find.
i love it!
Thanks y'all, it's a treasure! My friend liked it too, but he was a gentleman and let me have it.
Nice box!
An aside: It reminds me the work of Rosalie Gascoigne.
Thank you! Well I had to google her, but I must say I agree!
