1971 was a great year I've been told. Don't remember much about it except it was the year I was born...:) haha. Oh how I love the WMF co. They did everything with such style and precision. I think they had some of the best engineers and designers on the face of the earth at that particular time. I have yet tot see something they made that I didn't like. You are building quite a collection of it there Sean. Do you have space for it all!!! HaHa Just kidding my friend. Just Kidding...!
Hello Jerrod :) thankyou very much for sharing :) in 1971 i was 3 yrs of age :) i have to agree they did a lot of beautiful stuff and yes i have lots of room :) lol:)

Morning, Bellin! Love this pot - suspect that it's for fondue. Is it about 8 and 1/4 in. wide? It looks just like my fondue pot, except that mine is orange enamel. If you look on the bottom, you'll see in the center signs of the application of heat in a small area. That's where the heat from the 'burner' -- there's a metal stand that one inserts a heating unit into, and the pot is placed on this -- meets the pot. Other accessories: dedicated tray and long fondue forks. Love mine, but yours is so exciting - stainless! Wishing you many happy evenings with friends around the fondue pot! Really nice!! : )
thankyou miKKoChristmas for the loves and kind words and sharing and yes this was a fondue pot:) thankyou again. thankyou eye4beauty for the loves and kind words:)
