A very nice soldier decanter ,beautiful painted details more like a figurine,a good yard sale find at 50 cents ,the decanter has some words that are so thickly over glazed ,I can't make them out and the photo looks like a blur ,so I'm hoping someone can tell me who made this piece.

Looks like this is one of the Barton Distillery "Kentucky Gentleman" Bourbon Whiskey Decanters series made in 1969. There were also Civil War Union and Confederate soldiers, and I believe yours is a Revoultionary War soldier. I was unable to find actual decanter maker.
