This bottle contained Utica Club Cream Ale, and is shown with its cap. These are possibly from the late 70s or early 80s.
West End Brewing Company is now known as F.X. Matt Brewing Co., and is still located in Utica, NY. The Cream Ale is no longer on their product list.
On the label can be seen Schultz and Dooley, two of their "talking" steins, that have been, and continue to be, part of UC's ad campaign.
