This one is very beautiful!!, and it should have some value. Can't recognize the signature, though.

When I can't make out a name, I get out the magnifying glass and begin studying the letters very closely. If you type those into a google search you might get a correction and a lead. I would also try adding in words to the search like 'print' and 'gravure'....stuff like that. Search on images as well and see if you come up with a similar style.
