We have 2 Beer Steins from 1904 my wife's G. Grandfather played golf there from 1900-1920s, i 1926 they rebuilt this course. He stopped playing soon after, this course it's one of the famous in USA, they had a US Open one year there. And others over the year, a really tough course to play.

Now they had a book made in 1995 after 100 years about they history. They have not seen any old pictures on mine these steins, this is the top of the the beer stein. With a Clipper ship, and a Chinese guy, and trees.
The first 12 members in 1885 were from Salem, and Clipper ships were still used in the harbor there years.
BTW I have his membership payment 1901 and 02 , $12.50 a year with a locker.
