Gorgeous punch bowl and cups. Gold enameled, covered, hole in lid for a ladle. I have no idea who made this and am hoping someone has some kind of idea.
Thanks for any help.

Thank you Bellin68!
Does anyone think these are Bohemian?
You will have to wait for the likes of czechman and co - someone will help you out
if they are Bohemian!:) I am just what my name suggests - and don't know much!!
There is a similar hand painted crystal punch bowl set advertised in the Butler Brother's Catalog, Spring 1905. The cups match, but the punch bowl LID is a different shape. Definitely a Bohemian glass lemonade - punch bowl set.
Thanks for sharing. It is a very lovely set.
LeahGoodwin, Thank you very much. I will take a look in some of the old catalogs I have saved in my documents. I've heard a lot about the Butler Brothers Catalogs, where do you find these?
Thank you again for your help!
Elegant, simple and beautiful!...:-)
Hi allirish!
You can find these BB catalogs from the West Virginia Museum of American Glass.
The reference I used to compare with your punch bowl is from the WVMOAG, Monograph Number 121 and it seems on eBay they are out of stock or maybe the item ended and it has not been relisted. If you contact WVMOAG from eBay, they can help you in your search.
My favorite and would highly recommend to any Bohemian glass collector is the Kralik Hosch Catalog from the WVMOAG and the item number is 370583207556 on eBay. I wish I could buy one of each in this catalog!
Good luck in your search and Thanks for sharing your punch bowl.
Truly magnificent!
Leah, Thank you very much for all of the information. I'm going to write the information down and start watching for the catalogs. Another place I download trade catalogs and glass books from is the CMOG Rakow research library. I love that place the way they allow us to search books and catalogs they have.
Thank you again. I'll let you know if I find anything out.
Tracy
Sure, Tracy. Glad you asked. Nice to meet you as well. If you don't mind me asking- of the trade catalogs you have downloaded are there any that have advertisements of "imported bohemian" glass and if so, how old are the catalogs? Thanks!
Hi Leah, There are trade catalogs from Bohemia, Haida and Carl Hosch. I'm sure there are others I just haven't had the time to search the whole site. The catalogs range in dates from the late 1800's to early 1900's. There are also books that are no longer copyright protected. I can send you a copy of one of the trade catalogs if you like or you can just go on the website and look around. You just go to the CMOG and then to the Rakow research library within the website, do a general search in the library and be sure to check viewable online. Then open up one of the books and there is a link to download the PDF. I'm probably making it more confusing then it actually is. LOL!
Let me know if I can help at all.
