I didn't realize until I read Newtimes post that these are galilith. They were sold to me as bakelite but because the price was cheap I didn't mind. When I received them I knew they weren't bakelite. The buckle w/button set on wood is in really good shape. The bird on wood has some cracks but it is very sweet. I pin it to my 1960's brown patterned mohair sweater. (I also have a big grandpa sweater collection) And, the earrings are SO similar to Newtimes....that's why I posted them.
Love finding out more about my treasures - and please any other info is welcome.

Yes they are very similar to mine. Love the bird brooch and the brooch set too.
The bird is a clip and the green/wood is a buckle w/2 buttons. Thanks - aren't they neat? And, yeah the earrings look very similar.
Thank you Amber and Mustang for your loves.
