Beaded, sequin and embroidery dress. Sleeveless. Zips up the back. Only one slit at the bottom on the side. The material I am guessing is woven tweed. The length is a little longer than mid-calf. There are no labels, tags or size on the dress. I am not sure what size it would be. Around the collar is very interesting to me. Wandering if the work was done my hand?
