Cast Iron bank. From what I can find, it's reporduction of a bank manfactured in the 1800's. It's in excellent condition and still works.
Lever on the right side causes butterfly to spring up and deposit coin into bush. Bottom is held on by phillips screws, which I believe is indicative of the reproduction. There are no markings or manufacture information I can see. It was picked at a garage sale for $10.
So cute but it appears to be a newer repro . But I love it anyway .
