This a picture of "Garfield" from Brazil. Cartoon character created by Jim Davis, picture licensed 1978 by United Feature Syndicates, Inc. - It is a print on hardboard with a wood frame and measures 18 1/2" high by 13 1/2" wide. His little cloud thought is in Portuguese and says E EU COM ISSO? which google translates to "And I with that?" - Don't really know what that means, guess something is lost in translation.
