My wife purchased an old bakery about fifteen years ago,and this was one of many items left behind in the estate. It still works, but there is little interest in it.So i cleaned up about thirty years of old flour off of it,cleaned up the rollers ,and repainted the white parts.looks cool and is built heavy duty. From what i can find it was manufactured in the early nineteen fifties.I just could not bring myself to scrap it,as i used to go to this bakery with my dad on saturday mornings. This baker made the best pasteries i think i have ever eaten.
