These were taken by a member of the USFA. The USFA's stated objective was to help Austria "Normalize" following The War. With tensions what they were then, maybe the primary objective was to keep the Communists from taking over that Nation.
The first picture shows two Soviets in Austria, whose forces probably had the same objectives in mind.
The second two photos are of USFA soldiers, and the third appears to be theUSFA training in Austria.
