I pondered upon this small jewelry box during a trip at a Goodwill Store.I have seen quite a few, but there was something special about this particular one.It appears to have been made for a special person. It also appears not to be made in the U. S., maybe France or England. It is hand made with a religeous ceremic picture of Mary and baby Jesus; Possibly could be done by Michaelangilo. The wood it is made from has a unique smell. It appears to be quite old.
