I recently bought this desk at a secondhand store in northeast Arkansas. I have no experience with older furniture and would love to know what the style of this desk is and what the style of the hardware is. There are a couple of small holes on top which indicate that something may have been attached to it at one time. Is it an executive desk, or a kneehole credenza? Maybe an old rolltop? The lower left drawer locks from the side. I'm not sure of the dimensions of the desk but any help identifying the hardware style and type of wood would be appreciated!
