Yes, I have seen them before - somewhat common in many machinists shops. A novelty desk paper weight and can easily be made by hand.
I've also seen them & here comes another of my boring stories. Reading the Daily Gleaner (news paper) in Jamaica and an article caught my my attention. "NUT SCREWS WASHER AND BOLTS". Of course you're going to read it. Escapee from the mental hospital near Kingston found a woman washing clothes in a stream and raped her. Her screams brought help and the crazy guy fled. True story & carried the article for years.
